"Well Equipped, Clean, and Comfortable..."
I stayed here for 5 nights (visiting Shenandoah National Park each
day) and found the room to be clean and comfortable, with a
microwave and fridge and all expected amenities. The Inn staff were
friendly. The rooms are all ground floor, centered on the large
parking area, so access to your vehicle is excellent for loading
etc. In short, an ideal stopping place for easy-access, comfort and
cleanliness!

"Quaint Motel and Setting..."
The motel
is not a new modern facility, but it is extremely well kept and the rooms
are spacious and very clean. Most of the rooms have a balcony overlooking
nature. Even though the temperatures were hot during the day, it was very
pleasant in the evening to sit on the balcony and enjoy the quiet sounds
of nature, AND, this is all located only a few miles out of town.
The staff at the motel were very courteous and helpful. There is a
restaurant on the premises and the food, although not fancy, is very good.
We would definitely stay here again.

"The Village Inn is Charming..."
Just came back from Parents' Weekend at JMU - we lucked into the Village
Inn. The food is good and reasonable, the staff is so friendly, and the
place was very clean and quiet. We would love to stay here again when we
can take advantage of the pretty outdoor pool area.

"Loved The Village Inn..."
Stayed
here on our way back from NC one year and liked it so much we made a
special weekend trip just to stay here again. It is a lovely, clean, quiet
place. The weekend day they provide a buffet breakfast is just wonderful.
Also, if you are coming from the North, be sure to stop at Dan's Steak
House for dinner before you get to the Village Inn. It is very good and
near Luray Caverns.
